A juice recipe and a meal plan

Hi everyone!

I have another quick and easy recipe for you! This one will be short and sweet as my bed is calling my name! It was a busy and productive weekend and I'm ready to hit the bed to relax for a bit!

I have a quick juice recipe to share with you today! It's pretty standard and one of my favorites!

2 green apples
5 carrots
1 1/2 stalks celery
1 stem red kale
1 1/2 stem green kale

The color may not be the prettiest, but it's a good one, trust me! :)

I've also gotten my act together and done some meal planning. I've got our meal plan pretty much set for the next three weeks so I thought I'd try and share what we're eating for the week every Sunday night. We'll see how it goes ;)

Weekly Meal Plan

Venison roast with mashed potatoes, carrots, and onions
Chicken and wild rice casserole
Polenta Provencale (a Trader Joe's find)
Chicken Quinoa Soup
Crockpot Thai Chicken with Coconut Rice

Do you ever use a juicer and make fresh juice? 
I love to juice and have been for a couple years now. Although, over the summer I really got out of the habit. Need to pick it back up again!
