I decided to go with a fairly easy cookie and one that would hold up to shipping across the country. My cookies were delivered to Nora in Oregon, Kelley in Illinois, and Kristin in Michigan.
These little drops of heaven come together quickly and easily with only some melting and mixing involved. And also use some pantry ingredients. Peanut butter, vanilla almond bark, mini marshmallows, honey roasted peanuts, and crisp rice cereal is all it takes! Plus, all these ingredients were purchased at Aldi! Don't forget about that small little discount grocery store. You can find some great deals there!
Drop on a sheet of wax paper by the tablespoon full and of you're feeling festive, sprinkle on a bunch of holiday themed sprinkles!
