Oats In A Jar (OIAJ)

Wondering what to do with those almost empty peanut butter jars?? You can't get every inch of peanut butter with a butter knife- it's just impossible! We go through LOTS of peanut butter! It's one of Tim's
favorite foods and his go-to source for protein.  Most times the dogs are lucky enough to get the jar as a treat, but I recently rounded up a couple jars and stored then in my drawer at work for when a peanut butter oats craving hit.

I learned this trick a couple years ago after seeing it in the blog world.  All you have to do it put your oats in the jar, add some water or milk, and microwave for 35 second intervals.  Use intervals, though, because if the PB jar is in the microwave too long it'll start to melt. Yep, learned that one the hard way!

Stir to incorporate, and you  have a jar of creamy, peanut buttery oatmeal! If you like it a little sweeter you could add a small amount of sugar or honey.
