Ladies Night- Out with the family

This weekend I made the trip back home for a couple fun events.  My cousin, Angie, is getting married in June and her bridal shower and bachelorette party was this weekend.  Weekends like this make me realize how much I miss getting together with all the family on a more regular basis like we used to when I was younger.

Kaydin and I met up with family for the bridal shower in the afternoon. We had some greats treats, conversation, and laughs.
Later in the night it was time to move on to the "dult" (as Kaydin would say) part of the evening.  She wasn't happy when Mom, Irene, and I left but I think Josh did a good job of entertaining her.  Ice cream sundaes with chocolate and caramel sauce and whipped cream at 9:15 at night was what probably really won her over.  At least I didn't have to deal with putting her to bed! That was his problem!
The beautiful bride in her 80's attire.
I think she was pretty excited/embarrassed about some of the gifts she opened! Having her mom and many aunts in attendance probably didn't help much. It was great entertainment, though!

After eating pizza, we made our way to the first couple bars of the night in Pocahontas to pass time while waiting for the party bus to take us on to Palmer, Pomeroy, and Lake City.

You know it's going to be a great night when clothes come off at the first bar! Aunt Rene wasn't dressed for the occasion but JoJo made sure to fix that problem!  Rene wasn't shy, though! She didn't even need a bathroom to change- just a willing sister to help!

Those long sleeves were making her sweat, though! A little alterning would help!My mom dug out some some scissors from her purse and Tailor Roben went to work!  A little slit and all was better!
Check out these beauties!

Baby got back!

I would've had many more pictures to include but sadly (or maybe not sadly) many were R rated! Let's just say body shots done over the bar, nephews buying cleverly shaped suckers for their aunt, and dripping wet underwear were involved!  Safe to bet it was an adventurous night!

I'll see all the family in May for wedding #1 of the summer, Chris and Taylor's! You can be sure my camera will be out capturing this night, too! Don't do anything you don't want to be documented! :) Or please do- it will be fun for everyone to see!
