Juice for Breakfast

As often as I can, I juice in the morning for a great nutrient filled jump-start to the day. 
Our breakfast goes from this...


to this!!









I have experimented with lots of combinations, usually adding what is available. My favorite that I have made so far is:

2 apples
1 pear
2 small stalks of celery
3 carrots
1/2 lemon

I like to use that as my base and then add other things from there. I have also been successful with adding 1/2 cucumber, handful of grapes, handful of blueberries, small knob of ginger, clementines, and leaves of kale. The possibilities are endless!
